This site (nordcx.com) presents Nord CX and its services. It is built to collect as little personal data as possible: there are no tracking or advertising cookies, no sign-up forms and no advertising trackers. The only cookie is the language preference described below.

What data, and why
- Email. The "Let's talk" buttons open a draft in your own email app; you send it yourself. Your name, organisation and message are used only to reply and run the conversation, kept for as long as the working relationship or legal retention requires, then deleted.
- Free tools. First Look, Cost of repeat contact and Is this change real? run entirely in your browser; your answers and figures are never sent to a server. If you share a result by email, only the email you send arrives.
- Technical logs. The site runs on Cloudflare. For security and to keep the service running, technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time is processed briefly. Visit statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individuals.
- Language choice. When you press TR/EN, your choice is stored in your browser as a one-year ncx-dil preference cookie and local record, only to open the page in the right language; it does not track you.
Third parties and international transfers
Hosting and security are provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Sign-up for The CX Brief newsletter happens on thecxbrief.com under that site's own privacy terms. No data is sold or shared otherwise.
Your rights
To find out what data is held about you, or to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, write to atasun@nordcx.com. Requests under the GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK are answered within 30 days.
